Diversity may be the most important way to improve your traffic. Although Bing has only about a 30% market share, that can still mean a lot of traffic. The point is don’t put all your eggs in one basket. I personally receive a lot of traffic from Twitter and Facebook. Take a look into other social media such as Pinterest, Digg, StumbleUpon, HubPages and Yahoo Answers! Even though Google+ would not be considered diversifying it’s a wonderful platform that can deliver some good results.

Build your own email list. Get engaged in a forum in your field and contribute. These are time proven methods of getting your name out to people and this won’t change anytime soon.

In the long run search engine optimization and its rankings can be positive as well as constructive. The key is to think outside the box. Be creative with your sites and give people something of value. Take the time to read and understand Google’s existing quality guidelines. Once you build trust with people, traffic will flock to you and your website.

Hope this helps you!

If your site's been deindexed then there is little chance for you to get back on to the Google SERPs. You can request for a reconsideration but I haven't really heard of anyone getting reconsidered.

If your site does get reconsidered, I'm sure you'll have to work your way up the SERPs again.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!
