Google update affecting PageRank - Anyone else noticed it?

Google is in the process of another update but everything seems a little weird. I am seeing some pages with pr and some with a grey bar as if it were banned and I am seeing it on tons of other sites. Has anyone else noticed this?

Grey bar doesn't mean you are banned.... a banned site will have grey PR bar yes but there are other reasons for having it. That particular page could not have been crawled or read yet etc..... It uses both now.

 Yeh, it's a bit confusing now. Don't understand why google would do that.
