File Corrupt Error in Traffic Travis

Trying to do some work on traffic travis and went to install latest version and it keeps saying the file is corrupt and for me to re-install the download guide and reinstall traffic travis anybody got idea what to do?

Hi Scott,

The error means the file was not fully downloaded, or it was only partially downloaded. I'm sorry but you would need to re-install Traffic Travis. Please be aware that you would have to recreate your projects if you uninstall the software without saving your projects to another folder. All your projects and data will be removed and deleted.
You can back up and restore your files by following these instructions:

1) Open Traffic Travis 4 then go to Help > Open DB Folder
2) Close Traffic Travis (This is necessary to save the databases properly)
3) Copy the appropriate files from there to another folder in your computer to create a backup file
4) To restore the project, just copy the files back :)

Thank you for getting back to me , i am fine now it worked third try, I really didn't have much in there but it came over thanks again Scott
