Feedback on this proposal for SEO Outsouring

Hi folks,

I am using oDesk to find a service provider to set up an off-page SEO strategy. This is a proposal I am leaning toward.

The price is $6 per hour - and will take them about 12 hours to do the activities below.

****************************
The Process:

I supply them with the article, keywords and 2 link targets (2 pages on my website)

DAY1
Article Spinning of supplied article (6 times)

Manual Submission of Articles: (with daisy link except for Ezine)
Wetpaint
Weebly
Blogger
Squidoo
Wordpress

Ezine (no daisy link)

DAY2

RSS and Ping (ping-o-matic):
Wetpaint
Weebly
Blogger
Squidoo
Wordpress
Ezine

Manual Bookmarking:
Propeller
Delicious
Stumble Upon

Mass Article Submission

Video Making

DAY3

Video Submission (3 only)
YouTube
Motionbox
LiveVideo
Tangle
Veoh
Iviewtube

Directiory Submission (2 hours/25 sites)

*********************************

That's it guys. The provider has a very good rating on oDesk.

Is there anything in here that is "lacking" or missing?

Thanks

Craig

Looks fine Craig.
Just be Careful that it does not look too organized and methodical in regards
To linkbacks etc.. Maybe mix it up a bit for different keywords.
Regards

Hi Troy,

Do you mean not to follow the same formula for each keyword/article?

Thanks

Yes, for the keywords.
Hey, I am sure it will be fine with what you chose, but I just like to mix things up a bit.. that's all.

I'd be curious to see how much time you will end up spending with your editor's hat on and what the final product looks like. Any chance of giving us a peek when you are complete?

Hi Ghost,

When you say peek, what do you mean?

I get my articles for off-page SEO written for about $5 each. They are OK articles. Good for submission to ezine's. If they were going on my site, I would edit them for sure.

I have 2 good writers for my site that charge $8 to $12 per article - and require very little of my time when it comes to editing.

Hey cfiskey,

Do you know anyone who can spin articles for AMA?

The Money is definitely in the list. At least that is what everybody thinks.
But after 3 years online I figured out that money is in the TEAM.

I gave one of my writers access to the tool. You can set up a "guest account" - they can login and edit "draft" documents but cannot publish.

It's a good model.

cfisky,
It sounds like you have a good system going. I know hiring and keeping freelancers that require little time is a huge bonus.
