Buying listing in Yahoo Directory and Dmoz

Will buying a listing in the Yahoo Directory automatically give you a Dmoz listing as well?

 Nope. Yahoo is a totally different from dmoz. Getting listed on yahoo does not mean getting listed on dmoz as well.

 That's again a no. You won't get any link juice by being listed on the Yahoo directory.Your listing there is considered advertising and as such it does not pass what Google calls PageRank to your webpages.
