How to sign up to Amazon Partner program in another country?

How to sign up to Amazon Partner program in another country?

I am Associate for UK/USA.

I need to sign up to the global program one at a time.

How are you suppose to go through the process of getting an account with a foreign language, is there a way to log into Germany as example but have English language?

There is a setting in Amazon to switch the content to English. However NOT ALL global associate sites have these settings. I think it is only China and Japan that have the option to switch to the English language.

Just nailed it, Chrome with translate, I reg'd for Germany and gives you option at the end to do UK, Fr, Es, It all at once.
