How to migrate NSF file to Office365?

Migrating NSF files (Lotus Notes database files) to Office 365 can be challenging because Office 365 doesn’t support NSF format directly. Many users and organizations are shifting from Lotus Notes to Office 365 for better accessibility, security, and cloud-based benefits. To perform this migration smoothly, you need a reliable solution that ensures data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. This is where the eSoftTools NSF to Office 365 Migration Tool comes into play. It’s designed to help users import emails, contacts, calendars, and all mailbox items from NSF files to Office 365 accounts with ease. The software maintains the original structure and metadata of each item, ensuring nothing gets lost or changed during migration.
The best part is that you don’t need any advanced technical skills to use the tool. It has a simple, step-by-step interface that guides you through selecting the NSF file, previewing its contents, and transferring them to your Office 365 mailbox. You can also apply filters like date range, folder selection, and more to migrate only the data you need. This tool is a perfect fit for both individuals and businesses planning a shift to Microsoft 365. Plus, it offers a free demo version so you can evaluate its features before making a purchase.

Thanks for the suggestion, Sunil. Converting NSF to PST could be useful in some cases, especially if the goal is to work with Outlook locally. But if the end goal is a full migration to Office 365, wouldn’t an NSF to Office 365 direct migration tool be more efficient? Just wondering if converting to PST adds an extra step or any risk of data mismatch when uploading to the cloud. Curious to hear if anyone here has gone through both methods.
