How can I open NSF files without using Lotus Notes?
Hey everyone,
I recently found myself with an old NSF file from a former job and needed to access the contents — but I no longer had Lotus Notes installed. After some digging, I discovered that NSF files are proprietary to IBM Notes, and without the app, they're not natively accessible.
One workaround that worked for me was using the
NSF to PST Converter from eSoftTools. Even without Lotus Notes on my system, it could open the NSF file, show a full preview of emails, contacts, calendars, etc., and then export them to PST or other formats like EML and MBOX. It’s a really helpful way to view and extract data from NSF files when you don’t have access to the original platform.
