buyyournichesite.com Review - Worth the investment?

I am new to affiliate marketing, and I am considering buying a site from Buy Your Niche Site ( buyyournichesite.com ) The sites they have look pretty good, and I clicked through a few of the sample sites, and they seem to work pretty well. I am familiar with the way the affiliate programs work; I have chosen my niche. Is anyone here familiar with Buy Your Niche Site, and can anyone give me feedback before I take the plunge?  For the $395 ticket price on their sites, I'd say youre better off buying a program like AffiloBlueprint for $197 and building your own site, and actually learning how to build your own site and learning how affiliate marketing works, instead of just been handed a site and expected to take it from there.

I noticed too that their site only has a Google PR 1 ranking - that shows a pretty low authority level for a site that talks a lot about building sites that get good traffic and search rankings.

To be fair I havent actually used them but just giving you an alternative to think about.

 Sorry about the poor spelling in the first post. The thing that attracted me to the buyyourniche product is the fact that they supply a comparison shopping affiliate site (like bizrate, but I want to apply a tighter focus). Does the AffiloBlueprint program support this sort of site?

I did do a google search on products offered by a site that buyyourniche has already sold, and the site did not appear on the first 4 google result pages. So I understand what you mean about the PR rating.

Actually, the price for the site I am considering is $895, not $395. I am really interested in exploring this business, and I would certainly like to save money.

 AffiloBlueprint looks at building product review sites similar to this one I built for World of Warcraft, which are becoming very successful particularly since Google started allowing AdWords advertisers to use trademarked product names for comparison or review sites.

When it comes to online marketing page 5 of SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) is just not good enough - to be in with a chance you need to aim for page 1. Part of AffiloBlueprint is about getting your keyword research right so you can do that.

 Thanks for the swift replies. I took a look at your super affiliates strategies webinar earlier today, and I signed up for the webinar scheduled for tomorrow. The things I have learned so far are pretty exciting; I had no idea about the number of opportunities available through clickbank and other similar affiliate sites. I have decided to leave the comparison shopping model for another time and try your method. I look forward to future sucess!

Generic sites have poor rankings, low traffic and make no sales.

 Hi stormmuzac,

I have just taken a look at buyyournichesite.com and you have to ask the question, if their sites are going to be profitable why don't the do it themselves? I have been building website for other people for nearly 9 years and some of my clients have made a lot of money for their websites some over £100,000 oper year. All I have made is between £500 -£3,000 per site.
So before considering buying an off the self site make sure you do some extensive research to see if you will be able to make any money for the niche.
