Affiliate Marketing & PPC

Forgive me as I am very new to this but I was hoping someone might have advice on how to actually set up a PPC affiliate campaign.

For example, say I get the tracking code from Clixgalore for a site and want to advertise that site through a PPC campaign, where do I then stick that code? I don't see anywhere in adwords where this can be done?

Probably is a dumb question but I just can't figure it out.

 in adwords u have to make an "ad group" under a "Campaign" once u make an ad group make an ad there's gonna be 5 spaces:
1. HEadline
2. Line 1
3. Line 2
4. Display URL - This is the name of the site where you are taking the customer.
5. Destination URL - This is the link provided by the affiliate program such as clickbank.com(make sure this includes your ID)

so i believe it's #5 where you're gonna stick that code just make sure it's a URL that works and that it includes your ID

 I didn't have much luck with it. I placed what I thought to be to right part of the code into the destination url but when I tried the link, it didn't work. The full code I was provided with was:

I only entered the part from:

www.is1.clixgalore.com/Impression.aspx?... to ......window.status='';return true;">

because Adwords already supplies the "http://" part and then the space to enter the rest.

Any advice on which part of this code to enter would be greatly appreciated.

 the part you need to enter is

"http://www.clixGalore.com/PSale.aspx?BID=50899&AfID=150430&AdID=6560&LP=www.yardgames.com.au"

without the qotations
