Fitness market - enough time to target it?

With Jan being the peak time for the fitness and fat loss market, is there enough time to target that market?

I'm experienced on all the logistical side of things and can get the research done, site created, articles written, etc. but I'm more wondering if from an SEO perspective there's time? PPC in those markets is a bit of a battle, so I'd prefer to do SEO.

Thanks
Frank

Hi Frank - there's always time to get into the fitness market - I stopped focusing on the seasonal aspects a long time ago. The truth is its an every day thing for many people - especially the people who are out of shape and want to get there. You gotta look for niches and submarkets though - and take a long term strategy - if you do this then you'll be in place for the seasonal aspects if thats what you want.
