Does the Free Version of Traffic Travis have the Star Rating

Does the free version of Traffic Travis have the star rating like Mark talks about in the blog boot camp videos, or do you need to purchase the upgrade?

 Hi Jason,

I'm sorry, the star rating is only available in Traffic Travis 3. The current version, Traffic Travis 4, uses ranking like "easy", "difficult", and "moderate" for the competition and difficulty.

 Ok. Thanks. I just posted another question but I will ask you here as well. How do you go about editing the Home Page? I want my home page to the introduction to who we are and what this website offers.
