Instructions for Import Outlook PST to Office 365
Step 01: Download the MigrateEmails PST to Office 365 Migration Tool on your machine.
Step 02: You will now see a quick select screen that summarizes the migration steps - Click Continue to go on.
Step 03: Then select Select Files, or Select Folder to add your PST file(s).
Step 04: Select the PST file you want to import by opening File Explorer on your machine. Select the PST file and click Open to load your PST file.
Step 05: Preview the mailbox items such as emails, calendars, contacts, etc. once the files load.
Step 06: Sign in to the Office 365 account with your credentials securely, then select the target mailbox where the PST data is to be imported.
Step 07: Click on Convert to start the import of your PST file into your Office 365 account.
