 Thanks for sharing the link and starting this thread. From what I understand, the current allowance is up to 20 grams for women and 10 grams for men, duty-free, but only if you've stayed abroad for more than a year. Anything above that gets taxed pretty heavily.

Has anyone here actually gone through the declaration process at the airport? Curious how strict they are and if they inspect the personal jewelry you're wearing.
