Wordpress - Assigning 4 user groups to 4 different colors

Hi,

I use Arras theme for my Wordpress website.
I have some coached students (on poker) and they are posting in the website.
In my coaching program there are 4 teams with 4 different colours.
I am trying to find a way to "flag" those colours and give different access to pages for every team.

Examples:
- When a member of team "A" posts something there is somewhere (name, title, page backround) his team colour.
- When he leaves a comment there is again a colour or a "title" of his team
- When he opens a "registered members" page (not exist) he redirects to a page about his team.

DIfficult?
Any ideas?

 Hi,
I would think you would need someone who knows wordpress very well and can program something into your theme.
You may find you need to outsource this job.. Eg: Elance etc..

 Maybe a different way to approach it would be create 4 separate sub-blogs. These WordPress blogs would sit "inside" your main blog but you could assign players to one of the 4 sub-blogs so they only have control over those mini-sites.

You could even set them up as sub-domains e.g. team1.poker-scholarship.com etc.

 That is really smart Mark, but it will not work for me.
There are only 1-2 pages per team and the member are changing teams.
Like school classes.

About the elance...
Troy. I was thinking about it, but I dont know how much it is going to cost.
I don't want to post something and get some bids and then I cancel.

Do you know about how much?
