Web tools for designing an SEO site: Joomla vs Dreamweaver?

Hi,

I am new newbie. I would like to know which one is better between Joomla and Dreamweaver, if I plan to design a SEO site.

A review site for commission from affiliate program, such as dog training, I am not very sure for now. I need to do more search.

 Dreamweaver is your choice then, or NVU or Frontpage

 Hiya CK,

Joomla is a back end Content Management System that you can use to look after your website.

You can use dreamweaver or any other programme and plug it into Joomla as a template.

Afeter looking at all the options I have decided to use Joomla CMS for all my future sites.
