To Pop-Over or not to Pop-Over... that is the question.

So I've been debating whether to add a pop-over to my http://INeedtoGetPregnant.com site to drive signups to my free report.

But I'm having trouble with the fact that the pop-over is "popped" onto the page in a very inconvenient place where the visitor has to scroll somewhat down the page to finally figure out what just came up on the page. In other words, the signup form is not exactly in front of them which would make it really easy for them to know what to do.

My question is - has anyone implemented the pop-over and measured the difference A/B versus not implementing a pop-over in terms of signups?

I would like to know if I can expect to get higher signups from the pop-over or if I'm just going to upset my visitors.

 BTW, I'm talking about the pop-over functionality built into affilotheme, the same as what's on EnlightenmentGateway.com

 Pop-over works well in increasing sign ups. However, this should be placed above the fold.

The Affilotheme pop-over seems to be at the center of the page instead of the center of the screen. This might be a bug brought about by the series of updates in AffiloTheme. I have reported this to our developers.

In the meantime, you can use a plugin or, maybe your autoresponder code (if the autoresponder supports popover such as in the case of Aweber).
