Please review my weight loss website

Bwfore going to public I want my website http://www.godownweight.com to be reviewd.
Need expert comments on pros and cons...

 You've got a professional-looking site. It looks good but you might want to tweak it so that the information is right on the front page.

I also recommend changing the email address to something like myemail[at]domain[dot]com so spambots don't add your email address to their database.

I suggest you change the About Me, and split it into paragraphs. It would make it more reader-friendly.

 Thanks cecille for your comment.I didn't understand your comment over email.Website address is in line with your recommendation (i think so) only.It is info[at]godownweight[dot]com
Morover if anything else better pl suggest.I will surely try to impliment.

 I suggested you change the way you write the email address on your website to "info[at]godownweight[dot]com" as it helps to limit the spam you're likely to get if you have your email address out in the open.

It's no biggie, you can leave the email address as is. It's just a security precaution.
