Pictures For Travel Website

I am currently operating a travel website, which is for a popular destination in my country. My question is, can I use the pictures from hotels.com or expedia.com for the hotels? I am an affiliate with both of them, but cannot find any information regarding pictures on their terms and have not heard a reply from either company. (which they are owned by the same parent company same with TripAdvisor). Any experience or feedback would be most welcome!

It's best to contact Expedia and Hotels.com directly and ask for their permission to use the images. Most likely you can't use them, but no harm in asking.

You might want to use stock photo images instead like those in FreeImages.com or iStockPhoto.com.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Have you sign-up on their affiliate pages here:

http://hotels.com/deals/travel-affiliate-program/
https://www.expedia.com/p/network-affiliate

I think that you should so you can access their materials. Usually affiliates have access to the site's promotional materials by simply directly signing-up on the vendor's affiliate page.

Considering that you are an affiliate with both websites , I don`t think that using the pictures would be a problem.
Providers should be obliged to offer you promotional materials.
But just to be sure, you should contact them to see their position
