Outsourcing for Web Design

I am thinking of asking someone to design a web template for me.
But will it be expensive?

Is this recommended?
I don't really have a deep pocket.
Currently have $100 to spend. LoL~

 Go to getafreelancer.com and mention you only want to spend $100. You'll have a ton of people wanting to do the work. Check over their portfolios and I'm sure you'll find someone good to do the work for this price.

 another option is use wordpress and get a premium paid theme - some of them are really good and allow you to update your look very easily

a paid theme really makes you stand out as most people just opt for the popular free ones

I believe there are websites that provide you with choices, valued at different prices. You may get a theme as low as $50 but this theme may be sold to others. If you want a theme to be solely yours, you will get this for a higher price.

I recommend you look into http://www.templatemonster.com/ for ready-made designs.

If you are interested in hiring a freelancer, you can also check out Guru, Elance, or Odesk.

 Outsourcing is used by a large number of companies especially IT companies to get their work done in less money while maintaining the quality of the product. So you also try it out as the quality of the work will not get deteriorated and you would be able to get it done while spending less money.
