I never knew CSS editors existed

I've been trying to refine my webpage building skills by using CSS more and more. Adding external stylesheets has been my latest challenge.

While looking for tutorials, I found the neatest piece of software (to me  )
It's a WYSIWYG CSS editor called Stylemaster

It works just like any HTML editor except you're working with stylesheets. What I love is I can import a page and it will create id tags for me and all I have to do is highlight an area to change the css. It makes linking the stylesheet to the webpage a breeze too as it's almost automatic.

They include a fantastic tutorial and a 30 day trial too.

Just thought I'd share this as I found it most helpful

Nice tip. I am sure there are some people here who do not know CSS and will find this useful.

I am redesigning my affiliate sites according to Mark's review, and it's a pain in the neck without CSS.

I got to learn that soon.

Superaff -

You can load your existing pages into StyleMaster and IT will do all the work for you, tag everything and then create a stylesheet... I was amazed.

I almost didn't download it thinking, I really don't need another piece of software for site building, and for stylesheets no less... but boy am I glad I tried it, it's an AMAZING time saver. I'm definitely buying a copy.

We've found the CSS features in Dreamweaver sufficient for our needs, but tools like these can really help if you can afford it.

Learn CSS and it can be your friend. For example, I have a CSS template for my landing page that has the formatted H1 and H2 tags, text with yellow highlights, etc and all I need to do is to attach it to my new LPs and assign the styles and voila! - Its done in a few minutes.

Helps me to focus on my copy instead of the formatting.

I just found another useful CSS resource you can use, has some nice CSS layouts and navigation tabs:

Enjoy!
