Header Image Question - is this from Warcraft?

Hi guys, I am having a blog header replace. I have hired a company out of india to replace the header with a wow image. They have a mock up image but im not sure this image is from world of warcraft.

Please tell me if this image is from the game.

 That is from WoW it's the litch king. This image looks like it's from concept art though. I would be worried about the copy right. If this image was produced by WoW/blizzard graphic artists you may have problems.

It looks to me like all they did was steal concept art and put a border on the top and bottom. How much did you pay for this?

 I have not paid yet for this image yet. All i ask them to do is replace the image on the template. They did and it is going to cost me $100. I get them from Elane with a 100% positive reviews and over 17 projects with no negative review.

 I did some digging on some warcraft sites I go to. I couldn't find this image anywhere else. I would just expect to pay somewhere in the range of $300 for an image like this to be hand made. As long as your sure it's original I'd say keep it. As a gamer I appreciate the concept art like this and its a pretty cool picture as you don't often see the litch king w/o his helmet on :P

 I would be very surprised if this was an original drawing, purpose made for your site.
Did they tell you it is a one of a kind image just for your site?
If it is original and it is hand drawn or drawn using a tablet and software, then it would take a huge amount of hours.
If this is an original 1 of a kind image and you have sole rights to it and to use it only on your sites, then it would be worth over $1000, although you said it was from an indian company so they may charge less. Just my opinion.
