I think it depends more on what you are promoting as to which is best.
Like fresh "notions" could be candles and fresh "views" could be real estate on the beach,you know?

well i am going to be designing a review website which helps people make choices in which products to buy. All these names are relative to this idea. Notions just being another way of saying idea, view and opinion.
