Can't Connect My Site To Squirrly Plugin

Hello friends,
I'm about to change my site at all. I installed SEO by SQUIRRLY (WordPress plugin),but when I tried to get started,
got this message:"Error: Couldn't connect to host :(. Please contact your webmaster to add http://api.squirrly.co/ in the whitest IP".
I am a webmaster, but don't know yet how to do that.
Any help. Please.

 Hi Karen,

You need to contact your site's webhost and request them to add http://api.squirrly.co/ to their white IP list.
