AffiIotheme, how to take Category Archives out of equation?

say I'm making a post called The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution
the post comes out.

Category Archives: The Ultimate Weight Loss Solution

the Category Archives: is making the post unnecessarily long and just look plain ugly and maybe slightly confusing for some people.

How do I get rid Category Archives and make things look cleaner?????

 I think I got that problem a few days ago, or similar, but it seems to be ok now, otherwise I haven't come across that before.
