I have SEO for firefox installed and when it updated the last time it came up with two new ratings when I do searches:
Compete.com Rank
Compete.com Uniques
I don't know anything about the site and was hoping someone could give me some advice?

I would use it with a grain of salt. The numbers they give aren't exact... however it is helpful to see which sites get more traffic.
