Can someone please tell me how to set up proxy IP addresses?

 what do you mean by set up proxy address ?? Do you want to make proxies and sell ??

Or you looking to buy proxies ??

If buy then go for HMA (hide my ass) VPN - its good

May I ask where will you be using this? I often use Hidemyass to quickly change IP when building links.

You can download it's browser add-on and then you can use it right away. :)

 It is mainly for link building. From experience I know that it is a good idea to create multiple accounts if you are going to put a lot of links on one site. That way if you get an account banned you don't lose all your links. And if you have multiple IP addresses as well it makes it even harder from them to get rid of your links or ban you completely.

Also, today I tried to create multiple accounts on a particular website and it redirected me to my first account when I did.

 hi,you can use hidemyass site for free proxy they providing free proxy from any country......or use the HidemyIP software to change the ip address of yours.....it changes ip every minutes...or use firefox or google chrome browser Hidemyass providing Addons for this browser...you can surf through that addons.... because i'm using this add-on in firefox browser work fine... because i check my ip through Ip-details.com actually it's really working.......i'm in india but it's shows i'm in USA...
