Is using schema markup always advisable?

Hi,

Does adding schema markup really help your website to rank ?
There are several on the market but which one should I take?

Previously, I also received stars for products. This already seemed to be in the theme.

Is it wise if I install another external plugin?

And anyone has some experience with wp plugins ?

 Schema helps to increase the CTR! So, indirectly it helps with SEO.

 There is no direct effect of schema markup on Google rankings, but they sure don't hurt. In fact, it can make your pages look more prominent in otherwise crowded SERPs and help to increase the CTR.

 I think it should be used because it is this tool that allows you to structure an idea or your product very intelligently, although there may be more modern approaches that can be used more productively now, probably a lot depends on the type of project and your personal preferences and understanding of business.
