How to make website Mobile Responsive

I am Having Website moderator removed link, as the most of audience come from Mobile, I wanted my website to make more mobile Responsive, how can I do this?

 Change your theme to a mobile responsive theme. If that is not possible, hire a programmer to do it for you.
