Free Traffic system-Search engine friendly?

Hi guys love the site!I joined fts today and am in the process of spinning a few articles,I just wanted to know how many times a week would I have to do this(or not do it) for my back link count to look as natural as possible?Thanks!

 if it is going to be a article posting, then it can be done on daily basis for a month..
and check your active links.

 depends... do your articles all point to one link? If that's the case I would limit it between 3 and 5.

 My experience is, a day or max. 2 days. But in all cases, backlinks should be
build up gradually, don't get too greedy :) Good luck

 It's different for every keyword and every niche. Check backlink reports of your competitors who are ranking for the keyword and work out a plan on how to get more. Also do not just rely on these links and only these. Get a wide variety from lots of different sources.

 I found this shortcut that can take your articles and submit them to several web 2.0 sites and it does it all automaticlly. All you have to do is copy and paste your article, title, summary and bio into this software and it creates the accounts in high pr sites and postes them.

A cool feature that is not advertised is it also creates link wheels with these sites and then submits them to the RSS feeds and creates backlinks for your sites all in one.

I still might have the link to check it out in my signiture.

I have used this software on all my sites, and its very cool.
