Change Domain but keep Google position!

Is it possible to change your domain name but keep the sites position in google?

Page Rank is specific to the domain and page google indexed. It's all specific to the domain name only. So, you can't do this.

i have seen on one of the videos that there is a way of telling google that you have changed the domain and still get the same position in google
