I started creating backlinks a few months ago to a some sites of mine, I noticed some of them are still not showing when I check them on Ahrefs or SEMrush. Is this something I should worry about?

There are several reasons why the backlinks to your website don't appear. - Website Is Possibly New - Blocking Search Engines from Indexing Your Site - Blocking Search Engines From Gathering Page Data - Website Has Duplicate Content Problems - Has a Google Penalty

Googel Say's
You don't have enough high-quality backlinks
If the web pages ranking above you have way more backlinks, then this could be part of the reason you're not showing up in Google. To see the number of unique websites (referring domains) linking to your page, paste your URL into Site Explorer or our free backlink checker.

If they are not indexed by Google then they are invisible to Google. They hold no value

Sometimes it takes time to index those links! So that may be the reason backlinks are not showing up!

Make sure the backlinks are indexed first. When these links are indexed, each and every link connected to your website and are indexed will show up with ahref, no matter it's do-follow, no-follow or spam link it will show up.

In case the web pages rank above you have far more traffic , then that really is a part of the reason why you are not showing up in Google. To observe the amount of special sites (discussing domains) linking to a webpage, paste your URL into Website Explorer or our free backlink checker.

From my experience, this can take a while. You should try modifying and submitting the sitemap file on one of your websites.
You can create tier 2 links if you have a PBN to submit a sitemap on them. Quality-aged domains will be tracked and re-indexed sooner than Web 2.0s and recognized by the ones they connect to.
