1000 reach, 10 engagement, NO subscriber

Hi.

I'm currently running my facebook ad. The problem is, I saw that there are people who clicked my link but no new subscription. Which is pretty sad because I burned money for nothing.

Is there something that I could do. I need some advice.

Thank you.

I suggest checking your demographics. Maybe you're targeting the wrong age group, or just the wrong group of people.

Running ad campaigns can be trial and error which is why you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket, so to speak. Take note of the target demographics for this campaign, then run a new one with a modified demographic. Then compare notes and see which campaign did better.

Thank you cecille? Are you by chance from Philippines?

Anyway, I changed the demographics strictly to US only because I was getting unusual likes from just one specific country. So to speak, it drained my remaining $2 balance on my account without changes.

There are a lot things to factor in when it comes to success rate with FB ads. Based on experience, 1k reach is not a big number to consider when it comes to conversion. I have my own page and did a campaign reaching up to 5k viewers but just gained around 200 FB likes. Then after that first run, I have made 2 more different campaigns, with the same goal of increasing my FB page likes. By different campaigns, I have set a different banner, different content ad, but the same demographics. The other campaign did better, way better and I have not only gained GB likes but a lot of comments, shares, and likes on my page. To make this short, you have to run a lot of test campaigns to get the right formula. Your first campaign will not always be that successful. Try to see and know what your audience wants and make sure you give it to them through your ads. FB ads do work but you need to spend time knowing how you can deliver the right content to the right audience.

Hey, chriscxmpo. This is definitely a target market issue.

What I would suggest is making audience avatars for each type of individual you intend to market to.

You need to get really specific when creating each avatar.

What is their current financial situation? Do they have a job? Are they unemployed( if so for how long)? Do they have kids? Do they own their own a home?

Create an avatar that you can vividly see all of their problems and your affiliate product and service clearly solves. You have to be in the minds of your audience completely.
