Help to transfer my domain name

I need help with transferring my domain or being able to change my own DNS.

Why is it that I can't change my own DNS??

Please help me out here guys, you've been REAL slow on every request thus far.

Took 5 days just to get a simple answer from you all!

 Let me make this clear...

I know WHERE to change it in settings, YOUR system won't let me and keeps giving me errors.
