Moving to a New Domain with 301 Redirects.

Hey,

I am moving a website to a new domain. The site uses WP. Once I've put the redirect in place, do I just delete the old page?

After all is said and done, would the old site would just have the .htaccess file on it?

Thanks,
Beldin

You can safely delete the old files once the redirects (make sure it's permanent redirects) are in place. Do not remove the .htaccess file since you will be using this to redirect the old site to the new one.
