You need to backup your existing website files, then change the Domain Name Server (DNS) or Name Server information to your new host's DNS information. This will take 24-48 hours to propagate. Upload your files to your new web host after the completion of the domain name transfer then check if your site is up and running.

I think HostMonster also offers assistance in domain transfer and site set-up. You could contact their support and check if they could transfer your site for you :)

Most web hosting companies have temporary URLs that you can use for testing to make sure your site is perfectly working before you flip your DNS to their server. In this way, you can avoid any serious downtime while changing hosts.

The Affilorama Hosting control panel comes with tools for creating a backup of your website files. Take note that if your website is MySQL-based, you have to backup your database separately using a different database backup tool.
