Trying for 2 keywords at same time. Can I mix them in anchor?

Hello everyone.
As the title says I am trying for multiple keyword phrases for same page. If I blend them together into one anchor text phrase will they work as well as if they are kept separate.
For example:
Losing body fat and losing pregnancy fat put together as
Losing pregnancy body fat
Or would they work better as Losing body fat | Losing pregnancy fat
Or should they not be together at all?
Thanks

It would be best to use a long tail keyword (ie losing pregnancy body fat) as your anchor text. It will help you rank for both keywords in search engines. Just make sure that your article is relevant to both keywords.

You don't have to use the exact keyword phrase. You could change them a little as long as you keep your main keywords in there.
