 For a landing page, you may do paid ads- PPC, solo ads, or Facebook ads. However, of course, these are not considered cheap but they are one of the most effective ways. You can also expect faster results with these strategies.

If you buy traffic from Fiverr, you will only get bot traffic which won`t do you any good.
Like Mary said, you should try to learn how to use Adwords and Facebook ads. Depending on your niche and targeted words these traffic sources aren`t cheap, but at least you know you are getting real, and most important: TARGETED traffic.

I recommend as a cheap powerful traffic source is Instagram. Even if you dont have your own ig page. If your promoting affiliate products then find pages relate to the niche of your product. Then you want to contact these pages either through DM, email address, or kik and ask how much for paid shoutout. These can range from $10-$250+ depending on amount of followers on a page. You will need to provide a image for them to repost(usually a niche related image with call to action text over it),caption usually telling people to click link in bio, and link for the page thats doin shout to place in bio. That link should be sending people to your landing page to collect their emails preferably, then to affiliate offer or autoresponder sequence.

A great method, but it still involves spending money. Money we don`t know the OP has or hasn`t.
I can`t believe that I`m saying this but a great deal of traffic can come from your signature after you post in forums. But remember, you have to add VALUE to those forums. If you just post one liners, you won`t see any traffic from your 'efforts'.

 Social media marketing is a great way to earn free traffic. You can try Facebook , Google Adwords to get traffic but it will cost you much more money. Inbound marketing is a best sustainable way to earn good quality traffic which moves the sales funnel.

 Targeted traffic is what matters at the end of the day. I too would go for SEO lessons from a reputed site like affilorama. All you need is patience to build powerful links to your website. There are indeed scores of other sites where you can buy traffic but I am afraid such traffic is not worth the dime you spend. In fact I came across a few sites that are called coop advertising sites that proclaim to send quality traffic to your site at low costs!

 There is a very good saying, "you get what you pay for". Im not sure how many gigs you plan to buy. If you are on a tight budget learn to do FB, surprisingly you can get cheap clicks. All the best

I agree with you to a good extent. but the only issue here is that it will surely take some time before you get to see traffic to your website and also the self-process is very tedious and require a level of expertise to do SEO properly. not all sellers on fiverr and seoclerks offer cheap bot traffic, some offer real traffic and good quality backlinks too.

 FORGET Fiverr, SEOclerks or anything that offers "cheap traffic".
That's a waste of time and your ROI will be around 0%.

Personally, I use an automated marketing software that my company developed, and leave all promotion to it, and focus on further development of my products or aff sales pages.

 I don't think buying the cheap source of the traffic is the good way to perform SEO. It is better to perform a manual action for getting huge traffic towards your websites.
These source doesn't provide you the quality traffic as compared to the organic search.

 I just got a landing page, too ( thanks to https://www.templatemonster.com/landing-page-templates.php ), but I wouldn't promote it via cheap services like this, I am afraid to get black listed.
