About the job
We’re an AdTech company looking for an experienced RTB Manager to manage and optimize real-time bidding activity across multiple SSPs and DSPs, with a strong focus on traffic quality and performance optimization.

What you’ll do:
Manage RTB activity across SSPs & DSPs
Optimize bids, floors, and demand setups to maximize performance
Monitor and improve traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure high-quality inventory
Work closely with SSP/DSP partners on onboarding, testing, and optimization
Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights


What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in programmatic/RTB (AdTech, SSP, DSP)
Hands-on experience with SSPs and/or DSPs
Strong understanding of traffic quality, fraud prevention, and RTB mechanics
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

Nice to have: experience with major SSPs/DSPs, fraud/verification tools
