ClickBank Refund Rate

Is there a way we can see a vendors refund rate on ClickBank? I seem to of had a few refunds now from one product and the vendor has said he is shocked as he gets hardly any.. however i do not believe him lol

 Hi Roby,

Unfortunately CB does not publish this kind of information. There are tools and ways to get a CB product refund rate but since Clickbank themselves do not publish the information on their website, I don't think that these tools and these techniques are reliable and accurate. I do agree that the problem is with the vendor. If you are getting a high refund rate, it is best to find an alternative product.

 Hi Maryt,

You say there are ways but no reliable, what ways are there? Im sure they must be some truth behind them, maybe not exact but would give an idea. Im thinking for looking at another product before I jump on it.

 CBengine has a refund rate calculator but as Mary said, this tool is not 100% accurate and I don`t know how much you can trust it.

 Thanks Maryt I compared these stats to a friend who is a vendor and they are not too far off to be honest they certainly give a good idea which is helpful!
