Engaging your users through helpful newsletters help a lot. It's a way to keep in touch with them while providing valuable information. Newsletters aren't just for selling and promoting. You can create a 6-part mini course for example, mix that with a a few offers/product promotions and you are not only engaging your users and keeping the list active. You are also providing helpful material to them as well.
