How to Find a Great Writer for Sales Landing Page?

Hi

I'm creating a new website and wanna outsource someone that knows how to write a great selling page.
Can anyone give me some tips for how to do that?

You can look at places like iWriter, oDesk and eLance. Search for copywriters and not just professional writers. Copywriters are professional writers who focus on writing sales pages for various products. They may charge higher than the normal writer, but then again, their finished product is a sales page that should convert all, if not, most traffic on that page.

when i'll start working with one :

Do they do the market research of my product in order to emphasize the benefits
or should i provide them with all the details and they just copyrwriting this?

I ask that because i'm having a hard time with emphasizing the advantages of my product because there are a very similar products out there

You can indicate on your ad if you want them to do the market research. If they will do that on top of the copywriting then it might cost a bit more. The key point when hiring a professional is to always make it clear what you want done and what the task entails. This way you and the prospective contractor are both aware of what the task requires.
