XSitePro registration and support queries

I bought XSitePro this past Friday night around 10:30 pm or so. I didn't receive any email confirmation receipts but was able to download what I purchased. I never received a registration license number so I can't get started. I have sent them two tickets as well as my email address I used to sign up. I sent this on what looked like a page set up for this exact problem. I have received no response. My bank acknowledges the transaction. Does anyone work during the weekends at XSitePro or am I destined to sit and wonder until they decide to reply? What happens if I really need some assistance for a major problem I might face in the future? Are these guys there for you? Has anyone else had similar issues?

Hi Ted,
I have a funny feeling that they do not reply to tickets on weekends.
You could go to the forum and ask there as well, a moderator will be able to advise you.

Hi Ted,

No, XSP does not reply to tickets on the weekend.

If you did not receive you reg code email, it either went to your spam folder or you had a typo in the email when you purchased.

Thanks guys. I have tried to retrieve the information from the link provided. It's not in my spam folder either. I think it may have been too late in the evening to get any response. I will be patient.

Aww. Think of it as technology-enforced relaxation time.

It's frustrating, but support guys and girls need weekends too. The good thing is that people who get weekends tend to give better answers :)

Hmmm... instant coffee, and a foosball table, not air hockey. I'm pushing for a ping pong table because I find foosball too stressful but we don't have enough room right now.

Watch that between 11 - 12 NZ time and you'll see it in use. You'll also see when we're around to answer support issues. Nobody here on weekends! Or in the middle of the night!
