XSitePro registration and support queriesI bought XSitePro this past Friday night around 10:30 pm or so. I didn't receive any email confirmation receipts but was able to download what I purchased. I never received a registration license number so I can't get started. I have sent them two tickets as well as my email address I used to sign up. I sent this on what looked like a page set up for this exact problem. I have received no response. My bank acknowledges the transaction. Does anyone work during the weekends at XSitePro or am I destined to sit and wonder until they decide to reply? What happens if I really need some assistance for a major problem I might face in the future? Are these guys there for you? Has anyone else had similar issues?
