Trouble With Placing Paint.Net Header Image On My Site

I created my header image using paint.net. I uploaded to my wordpress using "IpswitchWS_FTP.
I put it into the /public_html/womenbodybuildingonline folder.
My trouble comes when I take the url C:\Users\peaches\AppData\Roaming\Ipswitch\WS_FTP\Storage\Womanbodybuildingonline.gif
and place it into the "Header Background Image" from the theme Option of my wordpress. I just get a blank header
what am I doing wrong

My website url is: womenbodybuilingonline.com

ps. I've been doing good following the videos up to this point.

Thanks for your help in advance

You have the wrong file path
It would go something like this depending on which folders your images are in

womenbodybuilingonline.com/images
/Womanbodybuildingonline.gif

womenbodybuilingonline.com
/Womanbodybuildingonline.gif

or just /Womanbodybuildingonline.gif

may work but I do not know your theme

Thanks for responding,
"may work but I do not know your theme".

Do you mean "wp theme"? I am using the "Affilorama theme option".
and I plug in the url of the image I created into the "header back ground image and saved changes, bu it didn't work.

But I'll play around with it and hope I have some luck.

Thanks again.

Try this
Put your image in wp-includes images folder then use

womenbodybuilingonline.com
/wp-includes/images
/Womanbodybuildingonline.gif

be sure you have the correct spelling of image name capitals included if you used them and the image matches the header size

Hi Ron,
I wanted to pasted a copy of the screenshot of the way I am uploading the image so that you can get a better picture of what I am doing . But I can send that way
I followed your instruction, "http://womenbodybuildingonline.com/wp-includes/images/womenbodybuildingonline.gif and for some reason it's not pulling up the image.

I refuse to give up. I have to figure this thing out.
thanks again

Is your site womenbodybuilingonline.com OR
http://womenbodybuildingonline.com
(builing vs building)

I'm also confused if the file name of your header is
Womanbodybuildingonline.gif OR
womenbodybuildingonline.gif
(woman vs women)

These inconsistencies might be causing problems in uploading your header.

As replied In your initial request you have a capital W in your file name and now its a small w
again be sure you have the correct spelling of image and url

This does work check to see if your image is in the correct folder
If you are having trouble uploading go to your file manager in the cpanel find and then select wp includes images folder in left menu and upload image
