Before transferring your domain to another register, please make sure the following ICANN requirements are met:
1. Domain name and registration is at least 60 days old. The 60-day period is counted from date of registration. This applies to ALL domain names, including renewed domain names.
OR
Domain name must be expiring within 7 days, or if expired, must be within the 30-day grace period which starts from date of expiration.
2. WHOIS Privacy must be turned off.
We will turn off the WHOIS Privacy when transferring your registration.
3. Domain name must be "Unlocked". The domain name is unlocked itf its Status is set to "OK".
You can see this from the domain name's WHOIS record.

send us an email with a request for the EPP/Transfer Code and we will issue one.
