The dotted line around the opt-in box!!

How can I create the dotted line around the opt-in box in the left panel in XSitePro?? Just Like Mark's in WOWBlackbook.com.

If you have the Affiloblueprint 1.0 Marks instruction for this is in Week 7 at the 69 minute mark.

 No, I have AB 2.0. I have tried to find out how to do it ,but no success yet.
