How to Delete A Large Number of Comments

I have affilotheme wordpress sites, and I am asking if there is a way to remove a large number of comments with a simple method.
I only go to a few sites I have every month, and sometimes there are 5000+ comments, all are garbage, and if I use the normal 100 comments a go, I will be doing it for hours.
Is there a way to delete them in one go, or what files are these comments kept in, so I can delete them in 1 go.

 You can use this one: http://wordpress.org/plugins/delete-all-comments
Its a plugin that will delete all the comments. But you can turn off the comment Under the settings go to Discussion.
