How to create a banner?

Hi, complete newbie here.

I have just been through the webinar and was curious how the presenter created the world of warcraft banner. Mark said he created it using a website which is similar to paint shop pro online? Does anyone have the url for this?

Are there any resources that can show me how to create this step by step ..

THanks a bunch ..

Hi L,
Well there are a few good paid ones like photoshop etc..
But for free there are 2 that mark has mentioned...
http://www.gimp.org/ and http://www.getpaint.net/

If you want a step by step guide from Mark, I highly recommend buying the affiloblueprint when and if it opens next.
Keep your eye out...

Good point.
The newbies will find paint easier for sure.
I use photoshop and find the gimp and paint easy anyway.
If you need help with a banner or trouble shooting etc.. let me know.
Always glad to help out

Regards

Great thanks for that info.

Before I came across afilorama, I was about to join sitebuildit ..as it seemed to do everything in one bundle .. but I preferred to attempt the site building the optimisation myself. But unfortunately, doors have closed to blue print .. arrgh!

You missed the boat! It takes 6 months to travel to and from "Success Country". I guess you just have to wait.
