My Problem: When I click http://www.domainA.com, I can go to my wordpress blog directly. However, I found my article’s link is like the following: http://www.domainA.com\BlogA\articleA
How can I make sure the URL is like www.domainA.com\articleA without the folder name?

You can set your permalinks' structure in the wp dashboard by going to Settings > Permalinks

Thanks faradina. But that is not the case.
Because even in permalinks i have duplicate sub-folder name inside URL.
eg. "http://www.domainA.com\BlogA\ month or day\" article name

That's why you should set it to the way you want it to be in Settings > Permalinks. Choose the custom structure option and specify how you want you url to appear. You would normally put in /%postname% in the Custom Structure field. For more info about permalinks, you can go to http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks

Is there an easy way to remove "category" in the url of a wordpress blog? For some reason this only occurs on blog pages and not static pages? i have several sites and it is always a problem with the blogs?
