C-Class dilema! Sites placed on a different C-class

Good lord.... I asked my webhost if I could have a site placed on a different C-class and they responded by saying... C-class? You can use any kind of style sheet you wish............

 You would hope it wouldn't be too hard to sort out. If a technically challenged person like me can do it, surely a webhost would have no problem?
